The key measures of the hotel health protocol

Dear Clients,
In accordance with the law relating to the management of the sanitary crisis
voted on 25 July 2021, the obligation to present a valid sanitary pass
or a negative PCR test less than 48 hours old will be necessary
for all clients. Failure to present these documents could result in
the cancellation of the stay without recourse.

Trained staff

All our staff are trained in barrier procedures and new operating methods to ensure the safety of all. Each member of the team is vaccinated.

Limited occupancy rate

The filling rate of the Saint Georges facilities is re-evaluated in compliance with health requirements and social distancing

Wearing the mask

Guests must wear a barrier mask and maintain it at all times in the public areas of the hotel, except in the room and at the table. (Decree n°2020-663 of 31 May 2020)

Brochures and paper materials removed

Brochures and other paper materials have been removed from our rooms in order to limit multi-use contacts.

Catering & equipment offer available online

Our catering offer, the presentation of room facilities and health & safety instructions will be available digitally to limit contact. All materials are cleaned after use.

Reminder of barrier gestures

A reminder of the barrier measures is posted in all public areas of the hotel to invite everyone to respect them, for the health of all.

Hydro-alcoholic gel available

Hydro-alcohol gel is available in all public areas of the hotel.

Care and massage: specific protocols

The treatments and massages will be provided in compliance with the barrier gestures and following a specific health protocol.

Practitioners

The practitioners will wear a mask to provide the beauty treatments.

Constant disinfection

The changing rooms will only be accessible to two people at a time.
Each area is disinfected regularly during the day.

Sauna & Hammam capacity

The capacity of the sauna is limited to 2 people, with a minimum distance of one meter between them.

Management in case of potential detection

For customers

Guests with symptoms are encouraged to stay in their rooms and notify reception by telephone from their rooms. Our staff will notify a doctor to arrange a consultation or transfer to the nearest hospital if necessary.

For staff

We encourage employees with symptoms not to go to their workplace or to leave it immediately if they develop symptoms there, to consult a doctor and to be tested if prescribed by the doctor. The same applies to people who have been in close contact (less than one metre for more than 15 minutes).
