- The life of the Spa
From the moment you are welcomed, you feel pampered.
In the changing rooms, wraparound bathrobes, dressing tables and large armchairs, as well as products from the Sothys range, are available at your discretion.
Spa opening hours
The spa is open Monday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Making an appointment
It is recommended to book treatments in advance. The purchase of a treatment is personal, non-transferable and non-refundable.
Delay
In the event of a delay, we will do our best to offer you the same treatment if the spa's schedule permits. Otherwise, we will be obliged to shorten your treatment so as not to inconvenience the next client, without any reduction in price.
Cancellation policy
In the event of cancellation, we ask you to inform us 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the entire treatment will be charged.
Gift vouchers
You can offer personalized beauty passports (non-refundable invitation valid for 6 months).
Cloakrooms - Personal items
For your comfort, there are changing rooms available. You will find bathrobes, slippers and towels. You must wear a swimming costume. We ask you not to use your personal care products (scrubs, gloves, shampoo) in our relaxation areas, hammam and sauna.
We decline all responsibility in case of loss, theft, forgetfulness or damage of personal objects and we thank you for keeping your valuables in the lockers at your disposal.
Contraindications & golden rules
All our treatments provide well-being and relaxation, but have no therapeutic or medical purpose. Please let us know if you have any health problems, allergies or injuries, or if your treatment requires special attention in the case of pregnancy, for example. In such cases, we invite you to consult your doctor beforehand. We also ask you to check with your doctor that using the steam room and/or sauna does not present any danger to your health.
We accept no responsibility for any false statements you may make.
Security
It is strictly forbidden to consume any food or drink other than those offered at the spa. We recommend that you wear the slippers provided by the spa.
Calmness of the place
In order to ensure the peace and quiet of everyone, we ask you to kindly turn off your mobile phones and respect everyone's right to privacy and serenity.
Children at the spa
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
We strongly advise against using the steam room and sauna for minors. Minors under the age of 16 may undergo treatments subject to a signed parental authorisation.
